RapidSTACK +TM - The total Composite Chamber Solution
RDT Chamber Solutions have
introduced a ground breaking fast build ducted
chamber system designed for the Utility,
Building & Civil Engineering market.
RapidSTACK+TM overcomes the problems
associated with conventional access chambers,
which require the need for concrete surround,
thus making the system extremely cost effective
during the installation process.
Features
- No need for traditional galvanised or ductile frame support
- No need for concrete surround, thus eliminating cost and time during installation
- Rebated design enables B125 composite cover to fit flush with chamber
- Decorative concrete, block paviors, slabs etc can be laid directly alongside the chamber creating a flush surface level finish
- Complete system - manufactured from a mixture of thermoset moulding compounds
- Central removable beam (CRB) supporting twin covers on all larger chambers
Sizes Available
(150mm deep)
Benefits
- 290mm x 275mm
- 300mm x 450mm

- Complies with health & safety requirements - `one man lift`
- Much stronger than typical thermoplastic alternatives
- Resistant against aggressive soil conditions
- Performs against diverse temperature changes, from -40° C to + 140° C (will not soften by heat or brittle by frost)
- Supplied flat-packed for transport cost saving or fully assembled if required (surcharge on assembled)
- Composite covers have approved anti-slip design and are supplied locking as standard
- Telemetry reading can be made directly through the composite cover
RapidSTACK+TM V’s Conventional Methods
All too often projects using visually pleasing hard landscaping products are blighted by the fact that service duct chambers are then surrounded by an infill of concrete which destroys the overall effect. The concrete can then crack and disintegrate and over time this area traps dirt and becomes an unsightly trip hazard.
